CA Sudheer Chirania
Sudheer Chirania is the founding partner of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Podar College, University of Rajasthan. He has to his credit a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai. He was nominated as a Sub Group Member of ‘Corporate & Allied Laws Committee’ of the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for the year 2017-18 and also co-opted as Member of the ‘Committee of Members in Industry and Business’ of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His services are availed of by a diverse set of corporate clients on matters of direct taxation including international tax, transfer pricing, “the place of effective management”, residential status, provisions relating to prohibition of benami property transactions, Black Money (undisclosed foreign income and assets) and imposition of Tax Act and tax implications arising out of mergers and acquisitions. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and various tax Authorities. He has an exceptional business acumen, a deep knowledge and understanding of tax laws and provides strategic inputs to various industries. He is also a philanthropist, and with his keen desire to support worthy causes is one of the Trustees of his family Trust that is engaged in philanthropic and charitable activities.
