She is currently pursuing Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science and Applications from IIT Madras. She is a key member of the firm and heads a team of qualified chartered accountants and article assistants and is the guiding force behind them. She actively participates in the recruitment process of firm through CMIB of the ICAI Portal for recruitment of newly qualified/ experienced chartered accountants and article assistants. Her area of expertise includes audit, review of financial statements, tax advisory services, statutory compliance, direct tax assessments, GST Audit, Income Tax Search & Seizure proceedings, Survey Proceedings and certifications etc. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). Siddharth Kothari is an Associate Partner of the firm. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holding Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Prior to joining this firm, he was associated with M/s Haribhakti & Co in the Corporate Finance Team. His area of expertise includes Income Tax Advisory, Compliance, Litigation and representation before various Tax Authorities. He also possesses technical knowledge in the field of Goods and Service Tax. His area of interest includes research and tracking of various financial instruments. He is a fitness enthusiast and well versed with the stock market dynamics.

A.K. Ghosh is a senior partner of the firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Calcutta and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1988. He has been into practice for more than 33 years and specializes in representation before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and other tax authorities. He assists in matters taken up before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble High Court/s. He is an avid reader and a regular speaker at the firm’s continuous development program and an admirable resource person providing an insight into the latest case laws published on current tax issues.

Sudheer Chirania is the founding partner of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Podar College, University of Rajasthan. He has to his credit a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai. He was nominated as a Sub Group Member of ‘Corporate & Allied Laws Committee’ of the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for the year 2017-18 and also co-opted as Member of the ‘Committee of Members in Industry and Business’ of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His services are availed of by a diverse set of corporate clients on matters of direct taxation including international tax, transfer pricing, “the place of effective management”, residential status, provisions relating to prohibition of benami property transactions, Black Money (undisclosed foreign income and assets) and imposition of Tax Act and tax implications arising out of mergers and acquisitions. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and various tax Authorities. He has an exceptional business acumen, a deep knowledge and understanding of tax laws and provides strategic inputs to various industries. He is also a philanthropist, and with his keen desire to support worthy causes is one of the Trustees of his family Trust that is engaged in philanthropic and charitable activities.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Podar College, University of Rajasthan in the year 1997 and also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He has graduated from University of Mumbai in Law. He was a Sub Group Member of ‘Co-operative Society (Maharashtra) Committee’ of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for the year 2015-16 and the Sub Group Member of ‘Financial Marketing & Investor Protection Committee’ of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for the year 2017-18. He has keen interest in the study of financial instruments and constantly follows the market trends. He has extensive experience and vast exposure in the field of statutory audit, tax audit, bank audit and other company law matters. He is an eminent consultant for various corporate houses in matter of project finance and heads the business and transaction advisory unit of the firm. Apart from professional commitments, he is a philanthropist using his talents to help create a better world with his charitable activities carried out through Trust in his capacity as its Trustee.
