Vinay Shah is an Associate Partner of the firm. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from University of Mumbai. Prior to the joining the firm, he was associated with Deloitte in their audit and assurance team. He is well versed in handling various compliances under the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax laws. In addition to his experience of Direct Taxation, he specializes in audit and testing of business automated control of various industries. He is also involved in representation before the Assessing Officer and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). He has an impressive analytical skill, clarity of thought and expression and is looking after various regulatory & litigation matters.
