Ritu Chirania is an Associate Partner of the firm. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelors degree in Commerce. She is currently pursuing Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science and Applications from IIT Madras. She is a key member of the firm and heads a team of qualified chartered accountants and article assistants and is the guiding force behind them. She actively participates in the recruitment process of firm through CMIB of the ICAI Portal for recruitment of newly qualified/ experienced chartered accountants and article assistants. Her exceptional memory, magnanimous character and professional behavior coupled with work ethics and integrity of a high order are assets to the firm. She has an innate ability to provide transparent, accurate and customized solutions of the highest professional standards and competence. Her area of expertise includes audit, review of financial statements, tax advisory services, statutory compliance, direct tax assessments, GST Audit, Income Tax Search & Seizure proceedings, Survey Proceedings and certifications etc. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). She displays keen passion for her work with her unparalled industriousness and intense commitment. Apart from her professional career, she is actively involved in social services. She also finds time to assist in the charitable and philanthropic activities of Trusts run by senior partners of the Firm.
